Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of vHost hosting and domain services ("the Service"), operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [ADDRESS], company registration number (MB) [MB], tax identification number (PIB) [PIB], VAT status [VAT] ("vHost", "we"). vHost is a Velizarius Engineering service.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate contact and billing details and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Services

We provide WordPress/WooCommerce web hosting plans and, where offered, domain name registration through third-party registrars. Plan resources (CPU, memory, disk, processes) are hard limits of the purchased plan. [SERVICE LEVEL / AVAILABILITY COMMITMENT, IF ANY]

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful content, malware, phishing, spam, cryptocurrency mining, attacks on other systems, or anything that degrades the platform for other customers. We may suspend services that put the platform or other customers at risk. [FULL ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY]

4. Payment and renewal

Services are billed in advance for the selected period and renew automatically unless cancelled. 5. Domain names
